About Dexter Rail Riders

Brief History: The Dexter Rail Riders was created by Matthew Hoffman and David Mucciarone. Matt and David began the process of creation at the end of 2019, and it became a reality in June of 2020. They recruited experienced individuals to the Club’s roster of Officers. From there they established a Board of Directors, consisting of a landowner, a business owner, and future members of the Club.
